Democratic: I am the type of leader who allows the group to have a say in the decisions made; believing that harmony and productivity is best achieved when each person feels as though their opinions and contributions are important.

 

Situational: My situational style allows me to “pick my battles” in a sense; being a situational leader means that no one receives the same advice or consequence because each situation and person will be different.
