Resident Assistant Philosophy

The philosophy of an RA is to be a friendly face and mentor for the students we come into contact with. To support our residents in their endeavors as students and aid in their growth as young adults. I believe that Resident Assistants provide students with different outlooks and ideas that improve their college experience through programs, bulletin boards, and community builders.
